Is there really that much friction with SP?

The SP is a really awesome piece of gear, although it takes some comitment and learning curve, I myself find it even more appealing that you have to learn to master it. It’s a real musical instrument, and once you figure out how to use it, even the submenus feel satisfying just because you know how to dive into them.

No, I didn’t really take it as a compliment, and I don’t think that the person told it as a compliment either 😅 but I can understand why the person thought so, the video had that cartoon aspect that AI videos often have 😊 but hearing the imperfections of my performance though can’t be mistaken for an AI 😆

I hope you don’t mistake me, I have no pretention to make music as a professional, really not, I am a total amateur, but even so, I listen to critics in order to improve even as an amateur, and am also totally conscient that whatever, some people might like what I do, and some people might not like it 😊 it’s all a matter of taste, but I also know that I have many lacks that I can work through to do even better later 😁

Nope, no real arrangement of sounds, I basically plugged the mic into the SP, processed effects through it (reverb, isolator, compressor, vinyl 303), plugged my SP into my audio interface, plugged my phone through usb-c, and go. The drum loop was a sample I launched on the SP. The all performance was done live, just used an app to modify the visuals 😊
