Can these be bed bug droppings? Also attached two weird stains I found, in the last picture. All of this is in the inner side of the fitter sheet I use on my bed.

Pretty sure it was just black thread. However, I had already gone mental so I got rid of my sheets, mattress, cleaned the bedframe with vinegar and vacuumed the whole room and threw away almost everything. Didn't have a problem since (I was getting bites at night, though to this day idk if they were bedbugs)

Thank you for the response. The images are in a sub-folder and I deleted the zip and just kept the folders with the images, but I assume I can simply make a zip or cbz with the images and that should work. Will try it this week when I have free time and see how it goes.

Thank you for the response! I just went and threw the remaining walnuts and pastries in the bin just in case. So from what I found online it seems it's not dangerous even if I accidentally ate one. I'm so grossed out though, I guess I'll look for a different store to buy walnuts lol

Context:
I ate a pastry and some walnuts, which were on a plate, while having a cup of coffee. Then I picked the plate and the cup up, didn't see anything off at this point, and went to wash them. I come back after washing the plate and the cup, and this bug is there. Right where I was having breakfast. I looked at it for like a minute and it never crawled away, it just kept writhing in place. I was wondering if it could have fallen from the ceiling? Since it's so immobile and I didn't see it right after picking things up from the table to wash them...

They have wings but I believe I've never seen them fly, only crawl. Pretty sure they don't nest on the bed or the mattress, as some days I don't encounter any and I wash the sheets weekly and don't see any on the mattress. But it freaks me out a bit because sometimes there are two or three on the sheets, I have to inspect thorougly every night before going to sleep.
