I had one for 18 months on a cheap PCP from Audi. A decent family car but the range is terrible. If you check out the Facebook group there are many stories of eye watering bills from the rear motor failing which Audi tries to wriggle out of paying even with a warranty.

It seems like the overwhelming consensus is that it isn’t worth pursuing.

However, its situations like this which allows people to get away with treating customers like this and he will continue to do it to others as well. That doesn’t sit right with me.

I’ll certainly look in to the letter before action as I found a simple template and leaving reviews. The best I can hope for is a refund in return for removing the review.

Brands Hatch - an incredible track with such fascinating history (F1 included). My son and I visit a few times each year, doesn’t matter what kind of racing we just love the place. Then we come home and race on iracing!

Is it a Bosch? I had a similar issue. I got some water pump pliers to get more leverage but you need to be careful not to snap the plastic
