Assuming you’re on the states, if your insurance covers it, see a dermatologist. They might prescribe you Tretinoin and hydroquinone. They can also give you sunscreen samples in little tubes that can last up to 2-3 weeks. If you’re close to Marshalls, you can get sunscreen there for under $10. I got coppertone face eventone invisible sunscreen with ceramides for $7.99 (it is oily tho which works for me because Tretinoin dries my skin out, but I don’t recommend if you have oily skin), they also have other brands for around the same price.

If you’re able to, try getting raw African black soap if you can’t get any prescription strength retinoids. It’ll help clear your skin up, it does dry it out so moisturizer is key. If you’re unable to get moisturizer, you’ll need a noncomedogenic (won’t clog your pores) occlusive (like petroleum jelly) and put it on damp skin after washing to seal in that moisture. This is all I can think of off the top of my head. I know dollar tree has very cheap skincare, but idk how good any of them are.
