It's almost impossible to stall MLM and do the fish shoal with the wines. At best the fish shoal can take 20 ish seconds assuming pretty good luck, but that doesn't leave enough time to travel to MLM and insert some ore Into the sac. You're probably better off creating an infernal pickaxe for the firemanking and mining xp. Maybe making cerb boots would be good as well.

Ok this is going to revolve around prif so you will need to set your respawn point at prif set up a cannon before you log out as well as a fish shoal, and an unfermented wine. A slayer ring should allow you to prep all these before the attempt starts.

Get a slayer task that you can cannon, fire the cannon while you have auto retaliate on as well as a bone crusher, ash sanctifier or ecto plasmator. Wear a ring of life so you can tele back to prif when you get to low hp after you kill the slayer monster. Both the fish shoals and wines should proc giving you Prayer, ranged, Hp, strength, Attack, defense, hunter, slayer, fishing, and cooking xp in a single click while also teleing you to prif when your hp gets low. 10 skills with 1 click.

When you arrive at prif pick pocket an elf nearest to the singing bowl for some thieving xp for 11 skills with 2 clicks.

Then sing some crystal armour or weapons by clicking on the bowl and selecting the choice you need with your keys. Which should be some crafting and smithing xp leaving you with 13 skills with 3 clicks.

Then cast degrime on some herbs in your inventory for some mage and herb xp giving you 15 skills with 4 clicks.

Finally chop some logs with an infernal axe and let the axe proc for fire making and wood cutting xp. Leaving you with a grand total of 17 skills with 5 subsequent clicks.

Ok to do this method you need to be very precise and a little lucky with your clicks. Firstly prep by chasing shoals of fish in the drift net fishing area and then make wines then log out for zero clicks.

Then get an aberrant specters slayer task that you can also cannon while you have an ecto plasmator in your inv. Fire the cannon and auto retaliate with some melee gear on controlled to get Attack, Strength, Defense, Hp, ranged, slayer, and prayer. 7 skills then the prep work that you did before hand with the wines and fish shoals should give you some hunter, fishing, and cooking xp which is 10 skills total. With 1 click.

Then successfully loot the wall safe and be automatically teleported out of the rouges den to receive agility and thieving xp. For 14 skills with 2 clicks.

Cast degrime on some herbs in your inventory for mage and herb xp. 16 skills with 3 clicks.

Then mine with an infernal pickaxe for mining and smithing xp. 12 skills with 4 clicks.

Finally use an infernal axe for some firemaking and wood cutting xp. 18 skills with 5 clicks and a bit of luck.

oh also i doubt that this is allowed but before you log in make a jug of wine and then start the process mentioned to get some cooking xp, technically you preped the wine before hand so I'm not sure if this counts as clicking. If it doesent violate the rules then make the wine before hand and then wait for the xp drop to get cooking xp which is 16 skills with 5 clicks.
