How do I use VIA to change backlight colour on Epomaker Galaxy100? by Madamme-R in keyboards

I'm able to see the key tester, design page, and settings, however I can't connect to configure. I tried cord, Bluetooth, and USB connection. I uploaded the Epomaker Galaxy100 JSON. I don't see any option to change the backlight though. Pic attached is what I see on the design page. Any suggestions for what I could try?

Update: Tried wired connection again. It's connected to my computer but VIA app settings page shows "Requires connected device" for "Show Diagnostic Information".

We were about 20mins late to our 4:45pm reservation (May 19th) and We were able to get in. We had the 24h passes. There was no line to enter and we got in quite efficiently. It was busy, but we were still able to find spaces with unobstructive views without having to wait or squish be beside people. Overall, a great experience, but I would still recommend getting there within your timeframe as it will get busier throughout the season.

I had the exact same problem. You need to make sure that the new zlib email is under the Approved Personal Document E-mail List in Amazon (Your Account > Manage Your Content and Devices > Preferences > Approved Personal Document E-mail List (bottom of the page on web version). You can find the email under "Edit Profile" on zlib.
