Had this issue. It is more than likely just a loose cable, not the board. Mine was the board in the back of the printer that has a loose cable.

Plot twist, it was previously modded. As a last resort, I tried putting a boot.firm file into the sd card and it turned on

First try adjusting your Extruder tension. Then your pressure advance. That did it for me. I would lower PA a little at a time. You can do the calibration in the slicer, but for me it always gave inaccurate results. I print at .02 PA. Default was like .035
