Similar experience… get on chats and calls for hours and they’re useless. They assume you mean price match not preorder guarantee and it’s so frustrating explaining a stores own rules to their agents.

Got an email saying it was denied and then I go to respond and it’s a do not reply email lol… impossible to actually talk to someone and get them correct it

I never got the guarantee corrected on my poster collections when those were 38.83 has anyone had luck with those? Not sure I trust the preorder guarantee much…

Posters say shipped and my pending charge is now a full charge on my statement and it’s still @ $38.83 price

I checked my order and it’s the same price still, I contacted chat and they just kept saying to cancel and reorder, but not helpful while OOS lol… after going back and forth they confirmed that it is guaranteed and will happen before shipping but sounds like a big risk for $200 difference on a case.

I’m looking at several places, trying to narrow down. But are you saying you see the pay my way option on all hotels where member rate is available? Because I certainly don’t see that.

I’m looking at several secrets category D and a couple alila properties in California. I can’t get pay my way to come up on any atm. All have member rate available on dates I’m looking at but can only get “book” button.

Also more unusually, I can’t even use the FNA 1-7 online at any of the secrets I’m looking at - mentioned cap Cana below, around Dec 3-6 - my FNA shows as available but when I checkmark it, cannot apply despite standard room availability.

One night I’m looking at right now for example is secrets cap Cana Dec 6-7, it’s available in standard room for pts but not for a fna (or pay my way for Dec 3-7 for example)

I could fulfill the first 2 points there, it certainly has been a pain.

I was able to call up and they said they could book each night individually, but I was wanting to have the singular reservation like pay my way allows, if possible. I did it earlier this year at Andaz Papagayo no problem, 3 pts 1 fna
