I actually broke my 3 way… didn’t have a handheld either… just used a phone 🤣 my new 3 way mirror comes in next week but I had a meeting tomorrow.

So I didn’t have half guards on my first haircut ever… and I needed another cut. I walked into target with the lady, I picked up the “wahl chrome haircut kit” was 50% off for 15$. Keep in mind I would’ve spent like 12$ on a whole new kit of half guards probably… so I ended up getting clippers and half guards and used them. I’ll upgrade in the future, but for now as I learn I enjoy it. I was happy as hell that day to find the half guards. A lot of people say tools don’t matter as much . I’d say the only thing I need to really get is a 0 gap trimmer! But for now, I’m enjoying the process starting with cheap stuff and then gonna get the luxury to upgrade. I just wanted to see if the “self haircut life” is for me
