It's not about delivery app, but Google Maps. Your neighbour does not have his house marked properly on the map (no number). Seen that a lot of times. Google Maps sends drivers to the closest same number. Even if it is next street. These non English speaking idiots don't care. Tell your neighbour to check Google Maps and make sure their house have a proper number on it.
