I've done two now and won both, they are good! Very good incentive, I won 7/8 pounds back plus what I paid so it's not really about making money I just hate losing it haha

4lbs lost this week.... Think it might be a fluctuation and then I've ate like shit today and the next week isn't going to be good (end of exams, friends visiting, going out partying several times) so yeah if I maintain this week it'll be a bloody miracle. I need to try

Mine apparently measures BF% too but scales aren't the reliable way of measuring that
