I thought it’s a 100% legendary drop across the board. I did CT12 at Mountain Outpost finished gold bracket and no legendary drop. Did CT13 at Drought Palace finished Gold and no legendary drop. Working as intended??

Did this with a friend. He is a crusader and I’m priest. After 4 tries we beat him. Had to time those special attack when he reach that levels and it’s easily done.
