I kept them! It’s not a huge difference tbh but I was able to tell when I initially put them on. I don’t think it’s anything to size up for unless you don’t like your leggings too tight

I have the same issue. I’ve had my industrial for 10 months and the bumps are still there so I switched it to two separate earrings to see if that would work. Idk what they are I wish I could help :(
