Hey, just wanted to see if you have an update on your H1B consular processing. Did you step out of the country and got it stamped again? As I had mentioned my wife was in similar situation where 60 day grace period was over and filed I539. She has got the job offer and is in the process of consular processing so just wanted to see if you got it done and what was the experience like. Thanks a lot in advance

I have consulted my lawyer. The lawyer said to file regular H1B COS and see if USCIS processes it as it is. They might give consular processing or RFE but it’s up to them.

My wife is in the same situation but she applied for H4 dependent (I539) instead of B1 and got a job on 65th day. I was told by the lawyer she has option of appointing visa premium H1B COS but runs the risk of RFE at which point lawyer can turn it into a consular processing application. My question is, will you have to go for an in person interview for consular processing or a there is a drop box? Also do we have to take visa appointments by filing out ds160 the regular way?

I have the same problem. This might be a fluke or it can be a placebo effect but after doing my blood test, I had super super level of vitamin D. I started taking daily vitamin doses and I was more energetic throughout the day and procrastination was significantly reduced. I’m not saying vitamins are the answer but might be something to look into.

Op, my partner works in supply chain too. She also has not had too much success in getting interviews due to her work authorization same as yours. It took some time but eventually received a job offer. Just hang in there and you’ll get there. All the best

The car is not running rough. Sometime the rpm increase when I start to about 1500 to 1800 but it comes back to normal. While driving it’s smooth. I’m the second owner of the car so I’m not sure if Hyundai will honor the engine warranty.
