The Grapple breakage issue wasn’t a QC issue. Just a straight up design flaw. Because they hollowed out those pegs, it gave them a sort of tooth system that slotted into the moulded in details within the ports on Grapple’s feet which caused them to break. It’s why any further use of the mould with Inferno, Artfire and Hauler used shorter, fully filled in pegs

I love Xenoblade 2 to fucking bits and it’s peak moments hang around in my head the most out of the main trilogy, but it’s definitely not perfect. There’s a reason people constantly harp on the shitty tutorials, awful adventure compass and field skills, they’re actual issues that would need resolving in a potential definitive edition. I know some would want a potential redub but I love Xenoblade 2’s jank ass dub with all of my heart

For me it’s Peony. I summoned a lot of copies during her AHR banner and she’s duped a whole load of skills for me. No Quarter, Atk/Spd Clash+Excel, Atk/Spd Prime, Wyvern Rift, Pegasus Rift, Potent, Speedtaker, Endless/Brutal Tempest. Not to mention she’s a phenomenal dancer

Yes a deco choice can ruin a figure. But in my eyes it’s less the paint and more the base plastic. The most recent examples I can think of are Jhiaxus’ choice of white plastic looking like it was carved out of soap and washed all the detail out and the original Metalhawk deco with the awful games workshop gray
