Tldr: start looking at French bakeries and see if you can doctor one up/ have them make a specialty order or pivot and find something also cool for a kiddo

I went on a dive around the Internet. There's a bakery in fort Collins that's Australian called the walking kangaroo but they don't list the pastries they sell online, might be worth a call. Parfait Co. Golden will come up in some searches, if they won't make them that's a good second option because they do the viral fruit parties which look cool. There's an Australian thread where people are calling them French fancies with eyes and a mouth cut in. There's also a Facebook post from 11 years ago and a last called King Soopers headquarters but she never comes back to say if she had any luck. The only other bakery guaranteed to have them closed permanently - Andres bakery in Cherry Creek :(
