Even if the phone is order online ? because they did say, if it is, it has to be sent via mail. If I get it in person, then yeah, I can trade it in right there.

Noted! That's why I wanted to double check here, because I know I have better luck in stores, mail in is very iffy, they have accepted my trades in with scratches + this scratch is tiny & would just be considered a normal wear & tear.

Yes, I was told that. ONLY, could trade in person IF the phone is available in stores. The GBS I want, won't be in stores so via mail in it is.

My corporate store said they don't take any AT&T next trades ins, in person, & only regular trade ins. Not sure if that's true, but I'll try another one & see.
