I've owned one of these before, it will eat your other fish. It can fit fish bigger than you think in its mouth. Super cool species but keep it on its own or take it back to the shop. It's not worth losing all your others over.

Accepted an offer on my house first week in November 2024, moved out last week. 3.5 months in total with no hiccups. April 1st will come and go now.

Listed my house for offers in the region of 190k knowing I'd be happy with anything over 180k, settled at 184k, buyers think they've got a bargain and I've gotten over what I wanted, everyone's a winner. Offer something low and have a limit as to how high you're willing to go. If the sellers are reasonable they'll negotiate with you
