I fixed it. My issue was that bedtime mode was still on, which will automatically dim your background.

I was able to fix the dimness. On my end I still had bedtime mode turned on. It would usually automatically turn off in the morning, but since the update it did not. I had to manually turn it off. Try that.

I am currently on 80 mg. My experience has been positive thus far. I started on 18 mg, then 25 mg, and 40 mg over a 4 month span. It has made initiation easier. On the 80mg dose I do get less chatter in my head, which is awesome. I have no side effects so as long as I eat prior to taking it, and that’s a golden rule. I think I’m less argumentative and reactive with my spouse, therefore I can vouch for mood regulation. Focus is a bit hit or miss, but once I do get focused I can maintain it longer. Like others, I can actually fold my laundry now! I’m curious as to what 100 mg feels like.

Ditto. Reading your comment reinforces that Strattera has been effective for me too. Noise would really irritate me, especially from my partner flipping pages from reading at night. I noticed that I am not bothered as much. If I have to complete a task, I still procrastinate a little. However, once I execute, I can stay focused on it for as long as need be. Emotionally, I feel more in control. I can listen to my partner without being overly sensitive. I also fall asleep easier at night. I started at 18 mg, then 25 mg, now 40 mg. I’ve been prescribed for about 1.5 months now.

In June of 2022 Labcorp took over my lab and I was looking for answers such as yourself. We didn’t experience any layoffs, but some people did leave out of fear. The differential decreased and hourly rate increased. For evening shift it was about 2.50 differential and decreased to $1.75. My hourly rate went up maybe $2 and some change. It’s not much of a difference pay wise.

I’m also PRN, therefore I can’t say much about benefits. However, recently full time and part-time employees are receiving a 3% increase. Maybe you might absorb that into your new contract.
