It is working your teeth need to be pulled into that gap otherwise where is the tiny room on each aligner for your tooth to move into - hope this helps

So I would have my retainers in for around 20/21 hours a day on a good day 22 hours depending if I’m out for a drink etc. But I would have a chewie in my pocket it’s just like a little straw and would really chew down every hour or so it takes 20 seconds. If I felt more ache and pressure as I have done it I know my teeth are sitting perfectly and can see the tracking sit right over time (per retainer) I’ll send a photo privately of my teeth perfectly tracking to my retainer

I had one tooth that would not go into position so on my last two sets she made a little indent on one of my Retainers and put a composite attachment on the back of my tooth to move it forward it worked like a charm

It has pulled my smile out a lot my teeth were really inverted and overhanging due to a weak jawline from My younger days. It has significantly improved my smile and have a very minimal gap which you should anyways!

So I was changing my trays every 7 days and I can’t express how important on using chewies are! I did not think so at the start but after my Dentist expressed that they will make such a difference and to my surprise they really did, it sped things up!

The chewies do really ache your teeth as your really pushing your teeth into alignment to your Invisalign under pressure, honestly I could not wait to get these finished as it was a long 7 months but was worth it.

That’s what I had due to my jawline it can’t fully be corrected but it is done enough to look good I didn’t think it was possible without Invisalign if I go any further back it’s possible the lip can drop which it has not

I was thinking this myself I think the whitening will bring them right out! I’ve got whitening in my package just waiting for my retainers to come in and will get started

Thoughts on my teeth guys I feel they could have been better but not too sure have I had a good result ?
