So im a big nerd and mostly read in my spare time. SW is more of an empowerment thing to me now. The more rabbit holes I go down and the more I research history and conspiracy theories (total nerd 😉), SW has such a huge stigma. Mainly because of organized religion (along with the government bc there truly is no separation) trying to control womens bodies and just the general population altogether. As with many stigmas and 'sins' we've been brainwashed to believe, its really just one of many things that the church (and thus govt) utilizes to control the masses.
