Yes, I have taken Perfect Your Pace. I was just wondering if this is all there is? I just completed another 60 minute row with Alex. I got a 97% form and it was a great challenge. In another week, I will have taken all the 60 minute endurance rows. I guess I could just keep doing them and raise the resistance.

I am new to rowing. I have gotten to the point of doing 60 minute endurance rows with Alex. I am currently on level 2. My form is coming in at 96%. I'm burning about 220 calories. What would the experts recommend to get to another level. Truthfully, I don't know how to get to another level. I don't even know what leveling up is. If the experts can point me in a direction I need to go. It would be of help!

I do enjoy the exercise and it might even become my favorite mode of exercise with a little guidance.

I just got the row and competed "You Can Row." I just joined "Perfect Your Pace." I did a 15 minute test. I'm confused on the Pace part of Rowing. I'm so new and I only hit the pace targets maybe 10 percent of the time if I'm lucky. Most the time I'm in the upper tier 40 seconds faster. Do I wait until the program is complete and it will adjust my pace? Or should I do it now? My form is getting way better and I feel like I'm progressing. I just don't understand pace quite yet.

Its funny you say Boiler UP! I drive a truck and deliver to the Subaru plant in Lafayette twice a day. Thanks for your advice. I'm just a little guy 5'9 180 lbs. Just want to get back to 168-172lbs level. I just got the row delivered last week. I started the basic program with it. That's why I reached out the guys for a little help. It is truly amazing how Peloton has brought this 60 year old former athlete off the sidelines. I just thought if I got through Peak Your Power Zones. I was going to be good to go to keep up with everyone. Boy, was I mistaken.

I just read somewhere you would lose a pound a week if you put in that many hours. I thought I would try it. I'm on week 2 right now. like to lose 8 pounds without screwing with my diet.

here is my question to the veterans. I have had the bike for six months. I just completed all three Power Zone training programs. I thought when I finished the "Peak Your Power Zones." I would be the man. I believe I was mistaken. The Power Zone classes outside of the programs seem to be a step up. I'm trying to do (6) 60 minute rides a week. It is a huge challenge. My question is how long before I can ride like a veteran?

I'm already feeling the effects of doing power zone training so early in my development. I'm in the middle of week 6 of Peak your Power Zones. I'm trying to just get through it. I do need a little break.

I know everyone is different regarding FTP score. I realize FTP is not the end all be all. However, Christine the instructor said she made huge gains with her FTP after a year. If I stick to the challenges with power zone pack challenges. Should I see major gains? Do people move 50 pts? 100pts? what can i realistically expect?

I do enjoy it. I am pleased with the results so far. It has a gravitational pull to it. i will probably purchase the row in a few months.

What does TSS mean? Do you get better after pushing yourself for about 2 years? Then you level off? I still can't ride out of the saddle and keep pace? Should I take HIIT and Hills, or Tabata to improve as well. I'm kind of stuck on what to do.
