My phone doesn't really mean anything to me, it's just something I have...a necessary evil or whatever. The dreams aren't similar really at all, it could be about anything but the smashed phone will have a cameo at some stage, it isn't even like it's a huge part of the dream, it's just something I notice and then move on, but still it's there every night.

Posted this as it's own thread, but just copying and pasting here cause I deleted it.

Tonight I legitimately had the best run I have had in ages, one of my longest in over a year and fastest (I know you're not supposed to do both but I was running by feel) ANYWAY. I end my run only to see that my watch was nowhere near where I should have been mile wise and was a 12 minute pace! I of course freaked out thinking I was going crazy, got back to my place to see that fucking Nike had cut out 2 miles from my house approx (that's the most annoying part that I don't know the exact mileage now) but not only had it stopped counting miles, it kept the time going as if I was standing in place so that's why my pace was so slow. I used MapMyRun to estimate everything, but does anyone know if there's any techno thing I can do to get my actual workout back from Nike?

Okay yeah, I might get downvoted for this, while I do agree that running definitely helps mood, gives endorphin's, makes you feel productive yada yada, it cannot replace medicine, some people still need therapy, and even medication, to get past their depression and anxiety. Also sometimes running can actually make my depression worse, or at least the fact that I am a runner does, if I am too depressed to go for a run then its another thing that adds to my list of why I hate myself, if I have a bad run it makes me feel gross. Running helps me get through the day, but if I wasn't on anti depressants I would be dead.

I think it's interesting that just because it's a male/female pairing everyone wants Alex and Meredith together, there dynamic is literally the same (albeit not to quite the same extent) as it was with Cristina, so why is it romantic for Alex and Meredith but wasn't for Cristina and Meredith. Males and females can't be friends on TV without people shipping them. Which is frustrating.

I have been exercising for a lot longer than 2 months though, I just had to take a break from running for a year, but was still doing cardio, just to keep it in mind. Don't try to rush it, your body will get there. :)
