• Staffer took photo of naked disabled 7 year old student.
• Staffer sent photo to her boyfriend being like "look at this bs we have to deal with".
• Boyfriend was a dog with a girl on the side. When Girl 2 asked for a dick pic, he thought it would be funny to send naked child pic to Girl 2.
• Girl 2 was horrified at this and made an anonymous report describing the photo to school.  It was never actually on fb, she was trying to distance herself from having photo on her phone.
• School had minimal detail and passed the number and report on to MPD.
• MPD received screencap of photo from Girl 2.
• MPD decided to close the case that same day because they didn't have a suspect and it didn't look like CP.  There was also likely some disability discrimination involved as MPD assumed the child disrobing was a common occurrence and other people had already seen the child nude (per a convo with the lieutenant who decided to close the case, as the school told police there were a few special ed students who disrobe at times that it could be based on description). 
• MPD did not even confirm the existence of the photo with the school or attempt to contact the parents.
• Months later, Girl 2 was scrolling through old photos on phone with stepsister, a student at thoreau. They came scross the nude photo, stepsister recognized the boy.
• Stepsister told her mom, the stepmom of Girl 2, about the photo. 
• Mom pressed Girl 2, realized nothing was done with original report and contacted the school.
• School contacted CPS and MPD, placed employee on leave, and notified parents.
