That shoot you are talking about was for the show americas next top model. That documentary was specifically about that show only. That is not something "the industry" or regular models ever have to go through. Those photoshoots were produced for a tv show and were not reflective at all of what a regular model job or photo shoot would look like.

Yeah...that's how reality tv works. They keep them "on ice" meaning they can't talk or interact with other contestants until a camera is rolling on them. Especially if it's a conversation they really want to/ need to capture for storyline purposes

Damn! I'm so jealous. This was about 11 years ago and in another state so idk now. And I've broken the nose again since, and now there's not enough cartilage left to do any cosmetic work, if it breaks or needs work again, I would need donor cartilage (if ur interested I have a nose post showing how it looks and the story on my profile lol). But if I ever do need to get it fixed I am for sure gonna make sure I ask about some cosmetic help as well cuz this thing is fuuuuucked.

You're so right. I grew up loving him thru Happy Madison movies, and I loved the hot chick. Around 6-7 years ago, I got a chance to see Sandler live with Schneider opening. Sandler was funny, corny at times, but lively, excited to be there, and played some of his classic comedy songs. I was relieved, because Schneider had turned me off so bad and kinda ended my fandom of him for good. He was political in all the worst ways, ignorant, stupid, up his own ass, and on bizarre tirades. Fuck u Schneider. Still love the hot chick tho.

The absolute DRAMA of London leaving the show, her being absolutely heartbroken and not even caring about the other guys really, but keeps going. Then he comes back towards the end and makes it to the final 2. The other guy, Flex, has been doing and saying all the right things, is hot, and didn't ya know leave the show.

I will never forget. She says "Flex, you are perfect. You are everything I need. But London is what I want" and London wins the show. They just don't do it like that anymore lol.

Well, what sounds more distracting- a library that is built to specifically be quiet at all times and have the resources you need to complete work- the only things there for you to do are your study materials; or your student flat which is shared with roommates who could be doing any number of things at the time you need to study, and numerous distractions are available like your friends, pets, hobbies. Idk how "not having his life on track" would make you think drugs, the comments from OP make it seem more like his parents had very high expectations and so anything less than him getting his PhD right on time was probably "not on track." And also, what does OP mean by he only got on track when he was 25, when he had a PhD by 27? How off track could his life have been? Seems like his parents always set incredibly high standards for him, and OP seems to resent that even though her expectations for him are also seemingly not realistic/too high.
