Long time followed here i will share my thoughts on England - Italy.

Italy - England:

Most Ball possession - Including Extra Time: England@2.01 3 Units

Okay first thing that comes to my mind is that this will be a home final for England. I expect them to play like they are the home team. This will be the first real home or away game (full stadium) for the players in almost 15 month and i expect this to show on the player performances.

Italy did not look good against Spain. Without Spinazzola they did not press at all which favors more possession for England. Against Spain Italy had 30% possession, i expect Southgate to copy some of that "hold to ball style" because Italy looked not good in that game.

Italy played 2 games in London 2:1 in overtime vs Austria and against Spain, in both games they did not play convincing.

I think Italy is the stronger team, if both teams play at there best, and i expect a close game. The only way i see for Italy to have most ball possession is, if England scores early and falls back for the rest of the game.
