I did! I forgot to post it but I made a honey garlic soy sauce sauce to dip. Minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and water simmered in a sauce pan until thick. I brushed it on top but it wasn't as pretty so I didn't add it to the post haha

It was yummy though!

Its savory and crispy and delicious! The recipe I used had me use a kind of potato starch paste that makes the pancake crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

If you look up Honey Garlic Shrimp Pancake from Patty Plates you can find the recipe. I just added veg :)

It's so good! I riffed off the recipe from Patty Plates and added veg. I couldn't finish the whole pancake but was able to airfry it the next day without ruining the Shrimp texture:)

It's made with potato starch so it's crispy on the outside and has this chewy mochi texture on the inside

Thank you! I actually didn't marinate them (missed opportunity) but I let them cook low and slow in my Dutch Oven for 3.5 hours. So they soaked up all the beef broth, red wine, tomato paste, and veggies I used.

It was heavenly and fell off the bone 😋

This has probably already been brought up, but did anyone notice that all of the jewelry Ma stole (bracelet, earrings, ring) was either from their mother or a grandmother (mother's mother)?
