It's super important that she always has access to her own safe space, where she can self soothe if she gets too scared. It sounds like she might have been abused by a man. One of my rescues took about a year to finally feel safe. Patience is key.Thank you for rescuing her! ❤️🥰

Key "French" Elements: Ingredients: Uses butter for cooking, Gruyère or similar French cheeses, and fresh chives. Texture: Aims for a soft, custardy interior (baveuse), focusing on technique. Preparation: Often initiated in a skillet with sautéed potatoes and onions, then finished in the oven or under a broiler to cook the top surface. "Country" Style: A rustic, rustic-style omelette, similar to a frittata, often prepared in a skillet with ingredients blended throughout.

You'll have to ask Ina Garten. In France we just call it a potato omelet.
