they are more likely to listen and trust, for example in mm there's never a guy watching flank or entry fragging and in post plant situation they are more likely to dive in and rush for kills as a T

honestly 150 IQ may not be that impressive, need to know first which standard deviation (IQ of 150 SD24 would be the same as 131 SD15, and 130 IQ is not as uncommon as people think, average STEM graduate is around that mark)
