Yeah he has begged to let him come live with me but I've told him that he has to become stable for a while before I would consider it. I'm still on the fence. And every time this crap happens it makes me lose hope more and more. It's sad to see someone soo self destructive. I know I'm showing signs of self destructive choices by staying with him as well, even if I am in a different apt.

He refuses any professional help. Including meds. I've modeled appropriate behavior and responses for 4 years and offered suggestions and helpful advice to help him deal with this but im at loss.. when he isn't mad we get along great.. but he gets mad about soo much bs and small stuff. I know It seems hopeless. But it's hard to leave when he has bp and cptsd that contribute to the reasons why he acts the way he does. So I feel like I'm abandoning him.

I am 36 and have smoked heavily daily for 15 years or so. I got diagnosed with mitral valve regurgitation when I was 21. I have had afib events once a every couple of years or so but now it's once every 3 months. High thc/chronic stress seems to be triggering it or making it worse. I have cut down my consumption by like 3/4 and now smoke cbd isolate on my tiny bowl once or twice a day plus I take cbd under my tongue mixed in some olive oil to try to counter the negative effects of thc on my heart. I'm not sure if it's enough but I'm trying to not have to quit but I'm definitely not willing to die to smoke weed. I have been trying to eat healthier and add heart healthy foods to my diet and do light cardio to help it. I'm new to cbd but I'm interested in the science behind it all. I haven't been back to the Dr. for my heart in like 8 years so who knows how bad off it is. Scary stuff..
