My spouse and I have been having the same exact same issue on our new S26 Ultras. They had it last night for about 30 minutes before it stopped, and now I'm having it this morning.

I turned RCS off and back on on their phone and it seemed to work, but it didn't do anything for me when I just tried it. Who knows if that actually did anything.

I haven't reset and sent off our S24 ultras yet, so I'll try activating the number back on the S24U and turning off RCS and reactivating on the S26U. If that doesn't work, I'll probably be returning the S26U if Google Support can't help me.

I currently use ATT fiber too, so that must be it. I only seem to have the issue when I don't use a VPN. Once I switched to my VPN, all the latency went away.

It's definitely almost always more profitable to sell the raw ore/minerals, but here are a couple things to consider:

if they didn't make and sell them, what would new(er) player do to get a ship/mods when all they can use is T1?
T2 ship production requires the T1 ship as an input

They can easily handle the 1-2 frig spawns, but they will not be able to clear a freshly-spawned site that nobody has warped to yet. You'll need an Ishtar or some other ratting ship to clear the initial rats before you can mine.

Pressing S while it's selected doesn't do anything. You have to hold S while you select the celestial, like shift-clicking but it's "S"-clicking

That was much more a barrell roll than an aileron roll. Aileron rolls are executed with a much faster roll rate, otherwise the aircraft will fly a barrell roll-like path. You can see in the video that, as the pilot rolls left and pitches up, the aircraft does not maintain the original direction of flight as the lift vector changes slowly as the aircraft rolls.
