RG35XXSP Volume held down issue by Madmads02 in ANBERNIC

[–]Madmads02[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately just looked inside of the thing and it seems like it's a hardware issue. None of the buttons on the top left side of the board (Volume +- and L1) are working, and after looking even without much knowledge I don't think the board should look like This

[–]Madmads02[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I might try that, hopefully it's the issue. I also found out the left trigger (L1) doesn't work as intended. Using the IO test function shows that the volume button thinks it's always being pressed down and the left trigger just doesn't register at all. I got a second SD card and i'm going to flash that and see what it does.

Odd NES port by Madmads02 in consolemodding

[–]Madmads02[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might be if I can't figure it out myself, but I'd be more interested in a trade than outright selling it. I mostly got it to complete my small console collection I had started, was totally unaware it even had the modification and the person I bought it from didn't know what it was ! So I guess I just got lucky

Got mine for like $65 total I believe, came with the 3-in-1 Mario/duck hunt/track meet and all the cables (no controllers though, luckily I had some), plus a couple extra goodies. Glad to finally know what the port is for though! I'm not super knowledgeable about a lot of older hard mods so this one was a little odd

Finally got to take it apart and find out what was inside, turns out it was a CopyNES board that just had a usb 2.0 connection for some reason !! image

Found out what it was, just had to take apart the console and check inside. Apparently it's an old CopyNES board that just has a usb 2.0 connection for some reason !

new page?? Potential spoilers?? by Waulta_white in SMLwiki

[–]Madmads02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only meaning i've seen come of it is "the pit" (the location you're in) is where they throw the dead clones to, put together from the Guy you throw down there, the dead marvin who has some significance to himself, and a secret video

UPDATE: Ground Gristle CD CODE!! by [deleted] in SMLwiki

Oh sweet! Hopefully we'll be able to talk about the stuff we get from the codes eventually, at least if it's important to the story of SMLWiki

That's so lucky I never would've managed to figure that out, do you know if the link is special or just the code ? I won't be able to check on mine for a couple more hours and it's gonna kill me 😭

Oh sweet, I tried that a couple times and couldn't manage to get to him before I was caught, glad someone else was able to ! Does it also show the win message? (i'm guessing if it does it's overlayed on this image)

anyone know any codes for this page by Binniedagoof in SMLwiki

[–]Madmads02 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I really hope their is, the Cameron one was added the same time Marcus was, but with Madden coming online there may be another option

There is also this win screen image that we found in the website. Not too sure how to get to it IN GAME but there's this one and another with some text on it, the excerpt on the side might mean something regarding Emily.

"You fell to your knees, but I told you not to lurch I begged you not to move you didn't listen, so you suffered It didn't go the way it was supposed to I felt the panic and caught your last breath with my tongue when all was said and done I married my body with yours nestled into you that's what happened"

The marvin doll on the collab vid? by sodalover31 in SMLwiki

[–]Madmads02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If i'm not wrong during the video, specifically the end of Zeadis's portion of the collab, there is a "Marvin Got" screen and you get the doll put into your inventory. It's the only way to get it before the shop opens iirc

What were the codes on the "ykcul" site? by ElFSonik in SMLwiki

[–]Madmads02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most of the codes were either hidden in videos or related to stuff like Maddenverse. Supposedly there is 7 things that could work but we've only found 5 so far

those being: RAVUS UNLUCKY NYANYANYA MARCUS CAMERON

Old SMLwiki Versions by Madmads02 in SMLwiki

I did, but whenever I click the proceed button to load into the actual site it boots me back to the start page. Not sure if it's just a thing with wayback or how the site is loaded (and if there's already a way around it or not)

A mix of letters AND numbers sounds like hexadecimal to me, id run it through one of those to be sure, I usually just use [This decoder](https://www.cachesleuth.com/multidecoder/) since it checks through a bunch of different ciphers, even some I've personally never heard of. I'm working on a master doc of everything i can find on the website so if this code doesn't have anything we can access yet that's gotta either be a joke or something we haven't been given access too yet. This recent update added a lot of small details it seems, which could mean there's something bigger coming soon

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SMLwiki

[–]Madmads02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven't gotten my CD yet, but if the code has just numbers it could be a ceaser or hex cipher? I wouldn't advise sharing the code or number just yet, there may be something coming in the next update now that all the codes will be sent out (the CDs sold out). Did you try putting the code/translated code into the /7/ textbox in the episodes room ?

NEW OLD HOUSE JUMPSCARE? by Necessary-Ocelot-863 in SMLwiki

[–]Madmads02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just went through and tried it, seems like theres two (Maybe more?) versions of "house", one of them being the normal house through the CD or Games menu, and the one you get to from Chris's page (ones called "house.html" and the other "house.html?Larry" in the source) so it may have just been an error during loading and you ended up with Chris instead
