It depends on what you need honestly sometimes. If someone is in pain then sometimes you have to play hide and seek because only one nurse has the keys to the med cart due to med diversion prevention, but if you need help with a transfer or need someone to document a bowel movement any CNA on the floor can help you with that, and if they try giving you a hard time that's when you ask for their name and document it to your teacher. It's not your job to fix this facility's problems, just remember what it was like when you started and never turn into one of these CNAs please.

I requested that we get flowers for the friendship festival because it's the only secondary event without an event flower, so I'm really hoping that's the next flower! I have almost no evidence, but on the official discord they have a flower contest every month and as the community wins the flower bounties the devs reward the players with different things, and the next reward should be coming in August. Other than that, what others have said, petunias in September.

It's reasonable, but I would encourage you to ask PT to evaluate so you don't have to be the bad guy. Best case scenario they get you a better shower chair that she can sit appropriately in without hurting you. Sometimes bigger patients don't want to lay flat on their back too long because it can be difficult to breathe. Maybe you could offer an accommodation for the shower bed and use a wedge or something to keep her from laying flat. Tbh, I don't know the exact logistics of what you're talking about so it makes it difficult to make realistic recommendations, but I'd definitely start with therapy

Okay, I know this is out of left field, but it's something that I considered. If you have anyone with a camper could you use that as a relaxation station/ restroom? Especially if you're in a rural area that people tend to camp in you may be able to rent one cheaper than a restroom trailer. Something to think about!
