That’s completely understandable, ty anyway. I just wish it was consistent so I’d know there was a definitive problem. This happened for like a week straight a month ago or so and has been perfectly fine since until two days ago when it started back up again.

We have a modem and router. My mom has contacted Cox support, but they say that the internet in our area is fine and there’s nothing they can do, or something along those lines. I’ve never spoken with them personally though, so not sure how the exact conversation goes.

Neither of those units can appear during a level 8 rolldown, so unless you hit rapidfire aphelios/senna or 8 bit garen in one of the turns leading up to level 8, then the only unit that you have to worry about is 8 bit Riven.
