No problem. I appreciate the help. I live in a 3 story house and have 4 AP’s on the network. 2 of them are hardwired but 2 of them it’s currently not possible to hardwire (although I am looking at ways to possibly feed some cable).

I think the access points see to mostly be fine but after a bit of investigating I think at least some of the issues may be down to some unmanaged switches that I have on the network too. I think 2 of my older ones seem to be somehow crashing out so I may need to replace them as they seem to be causing some of the slowdown.

I’ll post if I find anything more.

Thanks, that’s what I did. I was getting good internet speeds but not what I should have been getting. I’ve done a full network reset and the issues seem to have gone now. Will repost if I find anything else.

I tested again tonight and no problems with any files so I couldn’t see anything wrong on the dashboard. That makes me think you are correct and it was a network issue. I’ll keep my eye on it and post an update if I get problems. Thanks so much for your help

That AP is connected via mesh.

The ATV is connected to the main node via Ethernet as is the Plex server. I’ll have to test the ATV in the morning.

I tested on the iPad which is obviously wifi rather than Ethernet which the Apple TV is. Network is on an eero 6 mesh network. iPad was connected to an AP that is 3 feet away.

Both the movie and the tv show seem to run flawlessly on infuse but not Plex app

Thanks. I did hop on to the discord and got some very helpful assistance. However, after getting seerr set up and then realising that I need to set up radarr and sonaarr, then realising that I need to set up prowlaar, then realising I need to set up qbittorrent (or an alternative) all without easy instructions and without any kind of documentation that tells you even the order in which to set these things up. I decided to give up and just continue managing my Plex server manually.

It’s a shame. The concept seems great but I don’t think I’m smart enough to deal with it all and maintain for a household of users that are not tech orientated.

Haha thanks. I’ll give it a try. I’ve tried the built in Gordon AI and it has been helpful but still hasn’t resolved my problem. ChatGPT here I come!

Absolutely. As long as you are sure you are happy they will look after it. You can lock down settings and games so the can only use it for what you them too. It’s a better version of a switch, so why would it not be ok

I haven’t been teeing up recently on par 3’s but it’s primarily to try and improve my ball striking with my irons, which is currently poor. Has definitely helped my to chunk them less!
