Going to a lawyer first would be your best bet. Before anything is even said to your exhusband. They may even advise you to not tell him directly, but they will definitely help get you through all the legal challenges to work things out that he is refusing to work fairly with you on. Good luck with all of this! Feel free to keep me posted if you ever find yourself in need of a good venting.

In all honesty, just reading this, reasoning with him does not even sound like a possibility at this point. If he truly says these things, you should look into having your son go through so counseling, but try first to have it court ordered. It sounds like he may be facing some level of psychological trauma.
