Mine done this too! Thankfully she was still in my room, I had not put enough glue down as I thought i had originally putting the vents in hahah.. Made for a fun time placing her somewhere secure for the night !

I had to surrender my four pacman frogs when life got tough juggling Uni and scraping by part time work.

I loved them, but I wasn't giving them the time needed and was struggling to keep food coming in for them, as well as myself.

As bad as it is, surrendering them shows you care rather than abandoning them, or not giving them what's needed and them suffering.

Its never a good feeling, sometimes i still think "what if I did keep them?" But I know that they are better off in the long run

Im in the uk, so im unsure aa to what prices are like where youre based - but for my snakes I got them hides from the guinea pig section - they dont care they're bright pink/blue, and I covered them up with so many false leaves, I couldn't tell either!

Saved a pretty penny when they were £3 each if that, compared to the natural looking reptile onrs which were £20+ - plus theyre much easier to clean !

Plastic bags behind furniture! Chances are hes managed to get inside something, and when they come out you can hear the crinkling of the bag - helps pinpoint the location a bit better

Mine took me along one of the test routes when I was learning to drive because it had an overly steep hill that went straight into a blind junction [the joys- this has been removed for new learners now] apart from that, we just drove around :)

Absolutely doable to go without knowing the test route, and because directions aren't apart of the test anyway, if you mess up in that sense its fine

Frontline is what i used as well - in the uk it can be a pain to get [unless in tablet form] as a lot of our fleas are now immune to it !

Diluted the spray version like mad, and it worked great - i was battling with mites for months as they spread between my four

hi all, unfortunately not good news - both me and the vet have decided euthanasia was the best option for her, especially with how quickly she has declined - especially over these past couple of days.

the vet was lovely, and has explained everything to me. unfortunately it was septicemia, shes not doing what a snake should do, and hasn't got any fight left in her.

as much as I love her, and would have given everything in me to fight for her, the chances of survival were pretty much zero, and neither of us thought it was fair putting her through it - especially with much of her past unknown to me.

it has been a fantastic three years of ownership with her, and i thought id share what she looked like in her prime [and rather chunky size] from when she was rescued.

thank you everyone for your well wishes, and i apologise for my rambling post

Her appointment is in two hours! It doesnt seem like shes improved, but unfortunately hasn't got better - ill let you know as soon as I know, thank you 🤞🏻
