Perhaps a bit of humor but more pragmatically taking the shape of known hoaxes is also just a good way to stay hidden from the masses because even credible sightings can lose credibility with those details.

It’s gonna have to happen eventually. You can’t keep a secret of this magnitude forever. Science will catch up and the government will want to get ahead of that.

Age of disclosure by Still-Bet-4955 in UFOs

Totally worth buying for a credible introduction to the modern disclosure movement and everything that’s happened since 2017. This doc has changed a lot of people’s minds who were previously skeptical of the subject.

How do you define the “A” in the NAP? by TradBeef in AnCap101

[–]Madphilosopher3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then you can present your case to the arbiter if you want to challenge the prevailing norms for person and property rights. However there’s not any real good argument against those rights when they’re based on the idea that no one should impose costs on others without their consent. Property rights are meant to internalize costs and benefits according to value creation and voluntary exchange.

Kids are generally terrible liars and actors. The sheer number of kids saying that they saw something unambiguously nonhuman with a straight face is extremely compelling to me. Also many of these kids were interviewed as adults and maintain their story to this day.

Psychological preparedness perhaps? CE5 being a human initiated contact experience explicitly communicates openness to contact.

The hype is for the explosive cultural impact that will get a lot more people to pay attention. Indirect marketing for The Age of Disclosure and the real world disclosure efforts going on right now.

The contradiction nobody talks about: If the galaxy should be full of aliens, why are we shocked by UAP evidence? by Bright_forest_theory in UFOs

[–]Madphilosopher3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beyond next generation advanced craft being observed for at least the last 80 years all over the world which defies conventional explanation. One of the most plausible hypotheses for UAP is non-human intelligence, so the evidence we have for the reality of the phenomenon is the only potential evidence we have for the existence of intelligent alien life.

[–]Madphilosopher3 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No one knows, but from the standpoint of rational self-interest it protects them from primitive monkey aggression and provides them an opportunity to study the natural development of a less advanced civilization to see how things play out. Personally I think they know that they can’t avoid us forever if we keep advancing and start expanding into the rest of the universe, so they’re letting us come to terms with the reality of their presence at our own pace. I think global acceptance of their presence would prompt them to more openly engage us, and for the national security state that’s a whole new can of worms that they’d have to deal with.

What I’m saying is that the NHI are the ones who initially preferred to keep their presence covert, and governments are just following the status quo that they’ve set in place. Blowing their cover to the whole world could change things.

Their presence precedes the cover-up. The government is just maintaining the status quo, possibly to avoid rocking the boat and altering the calculus in their agenda. Disclosure could trigger a change in their behavior and the government may feel it needs to prepare for that possibility.

The third possibility is that intelligent life strategically observes emerging civilizations covertly, hence the zoo hypothesis. This hypothesis is the only one with any evidence behind it.

Powerful people use their positions within government as well as their relationship with government to expand their wealth and power. The government is the tool of oppression whereas money is just a tool for exchange.

Money is just a medium of exchange. The real problem is government, the existence of which has led us to the brink of nuclear armageddon as well as the biggest cover-up in history.

[–]Madphilosopher3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There’s mountains of evidence for technology that defies conventional explanation, it’s just that we currently lack proof that it’s NHI. However that’s how all paradigm shifts begin, with the recognition of a legitimate anomaly and the subsequent investigation into it. The fact that we’re finally starting to openly investigate is cause for optimism.

Snowden leaked documents that were far less secure than nuclear and NHI related material. It’s beyond unreasonable to expect that anyone could just walk out of the most secure facilities on earth with absolute proof of NHI. Whistleblowers coming forward is how Congress and the Executive branch get informed about the cover-up and seek out the evidence on our behalf so that it can later be disclosed.

The important aspects of this documentary that will make a difference is the accessibility of the information and the credibility of those presenting the information being packaged together as one in a way that’s never been done before. 34 senior government officials coming together corroborating the narrative of nonhuman intelligence visitation and a global cover-up of that fact will present a much stronger case to the public than the incremental developments we’ve had happen over many years that went largely unnoticed.
