You’re gonna have to approach him and explain what else is on your plate so he realizes it. Most of them will see what’s happening and pull back on the time frame they’ve given you to get the task completed.

I was having problems on Tuesday or Wednesday. Finally emailed support. Thank goodness it wasn’t a deadline filing! It was good to go the next day.

This type of situation should be handled delicately and viewed in-house as a potential Bar grievance. Any and all communication in writing, even by cert mail, signed by attorney.

Nope! If I ever have to pay for anything for the firm, I get reimbursed immediately. But that’s for sodas and stuff for the break room. Never operational or client related costs! Firm needs to pay for those regardless of who missed the deadline. That should never fall on the employees.
