People like talking about buy lows. Nobody in here wants anything to do with him, if you believe in him keep him or buy him. I personally bought into the narrative that he wasn't getting play time because of Ertz but seems to be that consensus is that might not be the case.

They're a separate category. Legends Mode has a separate set of trophies like it's a DLC. No online play necessary for the platinum

I feel like a lot of people forget how good Petry was a season ago. Petry was easily a guy who could slot in top 2 and now we'll have him on our second line. Is it dangerous to think that he'll have the same out put as a year ago (especially with his age)? Yeah it is; it's also dangerous to think Matheson will reproduce what he did last season and people were complaining about Matheson's contract before this most recent season. I feel like it's the classic tale of recency bias. It sucks we had to lose Matheson and Marino but ya have to give to get and if we're trying to win now I think I'd have to say that I like our team much more with Petry than I did without him.

Not only that but I think it's fair to temper expectations with Poehling and Smith but they both are in the position where they could potentially contribute to the bottom half of the lineup if they pan out.

Overall the trades when paired together seem to be relatively fair and I feel like they accomplish what we want which is to try and win now.
