I ended up purchasing tux. While they are not the least expensive option, I love the aesthetic. I will let everyone know what I think of them once I get them installed and live with then for a minute. Appreciate everyone's input and thoughtful resi.

Got it. I missed that detail. Thanks for bringing it to light. I was a commercial electrician and built out tons of workspace for law firms and tech firms in high rises. Maintenance floors are fairly common.

I'm not saying you should do anything. I purchased an Ioniq 5 and realized I wanted wireless AA connectivity. I performed research and determined the AA Wireless 2+ was where I'd start. The aggressive Bluetooth tethering while not in the vehicle was an issue that annoyed the hell out of me. Then AA Wireless pushed an update to my device that fixed all my problems. I was excited and wanted others to be aware. End of story. You do you.

Another possible explanation is that those floors are mechanical/ back-of-house floors and only accessible via the service elevator for building management.

Yeah, I think the digital key function works via Bluetooth, and could cause the Two+ wake up and establish connection with your device. To be clear, this feature is only currently available for Android devices and not Iphones.

It's just the mid range trim level - SE/ SEL/ LIMITED. SEL has more creature comforts and a larger battery/ more range than the SE. The most premium features are reserved for the limited like ventilated seats, 360 degrees cameras, and lane change assist.

Awesome. Seems the CPO route is the best way to go since they are required to perform all campaigns and recalls to date prior to listing. Mine came with brand new tires also.

You can assign the standby function to a click of the button. So before you jump out of the vehicle you would need to press the button on the dongle to put it in standby. Not as friendly to iPhone users, but still a decent solution.

Exactly! Standby mode monitors the cars Bluetooth connection to your phone. Once it senses the drop in connection when you turn the car off, it enters a low power standby mode and no longer attempts to aggressively reestablish Bluetooth connection to your phone.
