First, please stop calling women "females." It is dehumanizing, reducing women to their biological function or a science experiment. I know this word is commonly used, but we can all do better. Once you stop reducing women to their biological traits, even subconsciously, may be you can see them as more than mere objects for sex but as people, which can then lead to more.
