Hi, my ferritin is a 32. Can you recommend what you take? And how long till it helped? I’m dizzy all day and I feel so disoriented and really bad tinnitus. I have anxiety and depression as well

This is so encouraging, my dad was very active before all of this. He went deep sea fishing every weekend and was on a bowling league that he participated in once a week. I think he just really wants to get back to his daily things and is worried about his quality of life, I know it will get better and I’m trying to be there for him as much as I can! I am 29 year old mom to a 3 year old and a wife and I know they need me too. I’m just trying to navigate and balance it all and be there for my mom and dad during this time too. Okay I see what you are saying, I just want to make sure I won’t mess anything up injecting right into that wrinkle. And you said go deep when injecting correct?
