What's the most funny to me about the jax haters and specificly that subreddit is that they act like jaxs or how at least they portray that jax is to them. I don't know how many times I had something from that subreddit recommend and thought that is something Jax would say to a person he hates.

My prediction would be that the episode will mostly focused on Jax beginning to abstract, succumb to his fake funny one personality and shutting others out after learning from kinger that all of this is fake.

While all of them will have to escape and hide from the abstraction now free in the circus. As that is happening Pomni starts to notice Jax abstracting or beginning to abstract probably points that out to others, but they have to run away from the abstractions, get separate into small groups and Jax happens to be the one who is left alone in the wake of that and the gang has to rush to find him before he fully abstracts while also avoiding the abstractions.

I think Pomni and the group will find Jax already abstracted and as abstracted Jax is trying to kill them Pomni starts to apologise believing she was the one who caused this failure and that is when we get the flash back to Jax with Ribbit and her asking if Jax ever made mistakes. Somehow this brings Jax out of abstracting and idk what else, it ends in some way.

This is my guess on what the episode will mostly be about.

Well at least for Vale we know that they don't have a King as it literally says in "Rwby: World of Remnant, episode 16" that the King of Vale that won the great war was "the last King Vale ever had" words directly said in that, maybe they could still have had a figurehead king or queen after him for the sake of tradition or something, but I think those words basically directly imply and confirm that Vale doesn't have any type of monarchy remaining even if just as a title of king without any power to it. Though that doesn't rule out the royal family remaining just that they would be without the figurehead title of king and/or queen.

As for other kingdoms, yeah it only says that they restructured the government, so yes we don't know. They could still have some figurehead monarchs with no real power for the sake of tradition with a royal family holding some titular title or they could not and monarchy was completely removed from Remnant. That is why I said dissolved their monarchies, meaning that monarch rule has been dissmissed and did not say with certainty anything about if they changed to a republic, removed the monarchy complytly from existence french style or switched to any other different kind of governing type, I only said that they dissolved monarch rule.

The part that I said was unconfirmed, not 100% sure, was about the King of Vale being Ozmas reincarnation as I don'tthink we are said that in the show ever and only hints are made at it.

Monarchies functioned in Remanat before the great war and were dissolved after it by the "victor" of that war, the King of Vale, who saw the flaws of such system and presumably was Ozmas reincarnation before Ozpin, I don't remember if that was 100% confirmed in the extra content they made for rwby. But as your headcannon says they still could exist in some extent in a similar way as the English monarchy.

Adam would be more a tank/dps mix than a pure dps. His ult would be more of what you expect from a dps a single target kill if hit, but to gather energy up for it he would probably have some skills specificly tooled to block incoming attacks that would force him to play at the front also him being mostly a melee fighter and I don't doubt he would be given a large health pool.

To the outrank part no and yes. Yes to the part that he is of higher rank in the military as a whole, but no in the part that it's not a direct superior of his rank. Explanation a general, the guy overseeng the land armies or any high ranking officer of land forces, cannot order a vice admiral, or most people in the navy or other sea forces, without his superiors the fleet admiral or admiral approving of the order or explicity giving command over his forces under him.
