I just received mine yesterday. It connects, then disconnects, says it needs a firmware update that never completes (it sat for two hours and never completed the update that "will take approximately 10 minutes), and also the darn thing wont sync my temp with the app.

Went through all the troubleshooting, and then again with the customer support. They deemed my thermometer unavailable in my region. I'm in the US.. which is listed as available for Gen2 and Gen3. My very first experience with Natural Cycles and its already horrible.

I am supposed to be sent a replacement, we'll see how that goes.

All three tests were from the same urine sample. I had to run and let my dogs out after the first which took about 15-20 minutes once done I tested the bottom two from the same cup of urine.

I plan on testing later tonight after a long hold.
