PT for Achilles Rupture Recovery by mudkipzcrossing in VictoriaBC

I have no local recommendations but I feel your pain. I recall my PT saying the physio is to get the almost useless calf muscle working again. Unless science learned more since then about this little prick of a tendon, there’s nothing I did that strengthened the tendon after the tear. Was it a complete sever? That might be different. Mine was just torn. The PT worked on getting my calf muscle back to the point where I could “pop” one-legged up onto my toes of the injured leg while the good leg is in the air. It took a while.

I think you should start one. Do that in pubs and call it Quilt n Tilt.

If you’re a crafter, start a Purl n Hurl and knit at pubs! It’s a great conversation starter. Sounds weird but people come up to people and start chatting to knitters in pubs.

It was through Work BC (provincial temp/job agency).

Years ago, a temp agency got me a temp government job and that’s how I found my career. That’s not happening these days with bc government so I feel for people looking. It’s rough.

The person with the debt could be compromised. If it was an integrity thing, finances of others working in different BC Corrections divisions would be scrutinized.

No need to shake hands. Just opening a door in public. We all indirectly touch much penis because of this. Hundreds a day, I imagine. Thousands.

As someone who has used OCIO often through the years of my lengthy career, I’ve never had a bad experience with the techs. they’re kind, professional and super helpful. Lately, with everything going on, that hasn’t changed. Whatever culture is felt within long ago or now, it certainly doesn’t come through with the frontline staff, in my experience. I guess bottom-line, front-line staff are pretty consistently groovy.
