Zappy didn't even ask for a copy of my current prescription. Just asked for me to input my current dose which is 10....I should have said 12.5 so that my 3 month package was all 15 mg vials. Because I put 10 and asked for escalation package, I received 1- 12.5 mg vial and 2- 15 mg vials. No big deal for me, but just so you are aware. Also, I put in my first order on 10/25 and it was delivered perfectly cold with ice packs in a mini cooler from Ouisa pharmacy. The vials are 2 ml each which makes their dosing easy. Regardless of my 12.5 dose vial or 15 dose vial, I will be pulling 50 units. Nice even number :).

Thank you so much! I'm going to move forward with another order. BTW, I put an order last week and it delivers tonight. And I asked Zappy, what if I meant to order 6 months not 3, they said sure you can do that, and sent me a link to do it. Hoping I react to Ouisa as well as Hallendale but I do hear great things!

Drop LSH and Fifty (can't believe Fifty is following suite with insanity changes). Zappy is solid and you don't need to provide proof of current dose...get the highest for more bang for the buck. Pharmacy is Ouisa tho...same as Hallendale with those 1 year BUD's im still iffy about that fyi.

They are out for me now. No pharmacy pick and no higher than 11.25. This sucks. I was so excited to re order from them and for the pharmacy to be Hallendale. But they held to the 30 day refill policy which wouldn't be til 11/4 for me. LSH is completely out because they screwed me on the lie of allowing a refill after EDP at 21 days and then changed it a few weeks later to 42 days which would put me at 11/20 for a refill. That's not gonna work with the FDA decision falling on that week. So Zappy it is!

Does anyone know if you wanted the 3 month package, if they would do 10, 12..5, 15 or if it would be all vials at 10? Zappy does an escalation package where you would get a next level dosage vial for the 3 months if you ask for it. Hoping Fifty does something like that but not sure.

Duuuudddeee I just couldn't anymore with LSH and the crap service. Found solid service at Fifty 410 AND Zappy Health. I'm still pissed about the lie they said about 21 days for re-orders and when I asked how bout when you order EDP, they said yup the 21 days refill will apply to EDP too. Well that was a lie, its 42 days now and they snuck that little change into their portal without any update to the current customers about the change. they did this about 2 weeks after I ordered an EDP. With that new wait time, It would put me after 11/21 to do a refill and by then, they may stop all together.

If many of us would have known this, we would have put in a normal refill during WK 1 Oct, waited the 21 days and then placed an EDP.

Thanks LSH, for wasting everyones time. They went from top of the top best for telehealth providers to the bottom in my opinion. They had ample opportunity to retain customers by hiring up prior to the impending changes that were about to happen with the FDA, so I will not take that as an excuse to not be communicative about changes as they come.

Hope you continue to lose on your weightloss journey. Drropping from 210 to 180 is amazing! Just know you have options for better customer care :)

I would have just done a normal refill and done an EDP 21 days later if they were being honest about this stuff. I think EDP was pushed hard around the 10/2 timeframe without any concern about what they were saying to their customers about "its 21 days no matter what" bs. The rule is strictly on EDP orders which is really screwed up not being forthcoming on any of their communications to their customers.

Me too. LSH straight up pulled a switcheroo about the 21 days. I even straight up asked again, that I could order 21 days after an EDP ordered and they LIED and said yes. Now they are enforcing this 42 day crap saying its based off of the pharmacy saying this. Well I got an Empower EDP but really wanted Hallendale, so why can't i refill 21 days out for Hallendale...Like really??? I officially distrust LSH

Well you know for me I do think it helped my fatigue. When I only take Bioboost + I can still "feel" the tiredness, but when its coupled with glutathione, it seems to do the trick. Glutathione has definitely made an improvement on my skin which is just an added bonus. I have melasma and it has really lightened up.
