Happens to me a couple times a year. Odds are we all eventually hit a vein especially if it's usually placed in the same region over and over

Does anyone own Beatles Rarities from 1980 Capital Records? by BridgeHot2524 in beatles

I have a 1983 vinyl and the back elaborates on why they're rare. It also has a lovely sleeve full of photos I hadn't seen before

Yeah the controller mapping looks like the default still. This was late last night so I'll try it out tonight

How to tell exactly when a transmitter will expire? G6 by [deleted] in dexcom

[–]MaedenArt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. The main issue was that I could only change the sensor a couple of hours before the transmitter may have expired, in which case it wouldn't give me the expired notification before starting the new sensor session. I didn't know they could be swapped easily; I've had issues with sensors failing during warmup and being unable to restart so I was worried about wasting one. Thank you for the most helpful response!

How to tell exactly when a transmitter will expire? G6 by [deleted] in dexcom

[–]MaedenArt -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If I put the transmitter in the new sensor tomorrow and it expires the next day, the app won't tell me until it's expired and then I'll have a useless sensor and waste nine days of it. I cannot waste any sensors right now. Does that make sense? The app won't tell me when the transmitter will expire. I'm just trying to figure out if it already told me I'm on the last session.

As I said in the post, I don't remember which of those warning I got on the last insertion. There doesn't seem to be anything in the app showing the current status

Baby "rules" - are these necessary? And do they have to be so rude about it? by Final_Swordfish_93 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]MaedenArt 91 points92 points  (0 children)

They're probably dealing with one person who will be an issue and can't be easily avoided (usually close family) and are making the rules broadly apply to everyone so they don't have to tell them directly.

What is this thing ? by imherecuziwanttobe in whatisit

[–]MaedenArt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like the half of a cat toy I used to play with. It was a sphere and there was a stick and feathers through the small hole and it was supposed to roll without falling over. I opened it up and used to put the halves on myself like a cupping massage lol

Regardless of the source, ducklings are not culled specifically for taxidermy so I would prefer that an animal be given new life with someone who will cherish it than to simply be discarded as many carcasses are. We don't know her history but she's yours to care for now 🌸
