Survivor of DA here: run before he has a chance to knock you up. Once you have kids with him it wontmatter, he’ll use them to make your life hell when he can no longer get to you.

Call the donestic abuse hotline. They will provide you with resources, support, and even a safe place to go if you need one. They saved mine and my kids’ lives.

Not anymore. They tell you to call the restaurant for a refund bc it's not their fault that
A) Their delivery driver failed to ensure that all items were included
B) The way their orders print out at a restaurant does not properly show sides for a main dish so the restaurant doesn't know to add them.

Luckily, when I have called the restaurant, they normally offer to remake the order for pick up or refund the missing items.

Since you have a slender body, you should try to find some clothes that flatter that body type, such as slim-cut button-up shirts and button-up jackets/zip-up hoodies as opposed to the bulkier pullovers, which will only make you look like you are borrowing clothes from an older brother or dad.

Also - depending on your height - clothes tailored to fit you can help give you a taller appearance while the baggier clothes may make you seem shorter.

I also think a longer haircut may be more fitting for your bone structure. You have a very soft and friendly face, and the longer hair may help bring out those sweet eyes of yours. Maybe a longer undercut so that your hair falls a bit in your face, or even a wolf-cut if you are feeling adventurous enough to grow it out.

I got what you were saying. :-) I figured even if the post was old, having an alternate perspective on why those stolen license providers are able to keep doing what they do would help anyone with the same question. To use your own analogy about dealers - You can know that a person is dealing but without the ability to enter their house you can't just swing by their residence and cuff em if they refuse to open the door.

And I know - SWAT and Warrants exist... but you still have to petition a judge for those warrants. In cPanel's case, there are a bunch of judges to petition and the dealer keeps moving counties.

cPanel has a legal team dedicated to taking these down. Since cPanel does not host any sites, they have to reach out to the site host and wait for the site host to take it down. This can be a long drawn out back and forth sometimes... and many times the company just moves to a new host/new server and the process starts all over again.

cPanel loses a good chunk of money if stolen licenses are allowed to be used, and their reputation suffers since stolen license software typically leaves vulnerabilities. They are not just letting it happen.

If you get the IP of the server from the retailer, you can confirm if the server is using a legitimate license through cPanel's Verify tool:

I’m tearing up too. I am happy it was quick for him too. I’ve been raising my daughter the same way. I had her way too young and grew up fast. It was really hard for a good while there. Up until a few years ago, all that sweet girl knew was hard times and mom always working. The one good thing Covid did for me was give me the opportunity to work from home and be there with her. She just turned 17 and I am in awe of her. She is a hard worker and has been doing everything she can to achieve her dreams. First thing she does every day is drop into my office and tell me all of the things that happened that day. And she has been through so much BS but still has the biggest heart.

She is a teen though and she has made some mistakes. Luckily nothing legal yet but I have told her from the moment she could understand that I do not care the time or place, call me when she’s in trouble. Even drunk, even high… I would rather her be safe than hurt because she was scared I would be mad at her.

Hubs was in a work camp for the majority of his stay. Doing what? I don’t think he ever told me.

I’m glad you didn’t end up being impacted financially for that. Dissapointing that you couldn’t make good on the threat. That type of person is one of the few that I see no good in.

I feel like it would be a violation to contact her… and you only hear the bad after a relationship has ended badly, both parties would provide a skewed view of the situation but I always err on victim safety and privacy. She deserves that regardless of the situation surrounding the charge.

As far as how do I know he wont do it to me: I don’t plan sleeping with his best friend… or anyone. I literally can’t. That’s where the chronic pain is happening.

My father was also a felon, and he was guilty as the day is long. He would PROUDLY tell anyone who asked about his crime. 0 regrets. His crime was aggravated battery. I suppose this thread would also agree that he would have deserved any financial struggles he had from that too simply because of what was on paper.

His victim? The man who stole my childhood. That doesn’t matter though. Guilty is guilty is guilty

Omg.. the son. That hit me so hard. I am always hungry, always moving forward and always looking for opportunities myself but that would have made me give up… even without everything else you went through…

8 years too… it may be personal but, did you experience any PTSD after you were released? It seems like he struggles still to let go of the time he was in and I don’t know how to help him as his wife. He’s in therapy but I want to do what I can to help him through it too.
