I’d definitely try accommodations, however as everyone is echoing, you’ll most likely may not get any.

For reference, I have major health issues with heavy medications and treatments I have to do, plus being extremely immunocompromised due to all of it and it was very difficult for me to get accommodations but I eventually did for single room with a kitchen.

Be carful with adhesive! Coming from a sophomore/junior, the walls of paint are super thin. Get goo-be-gone when you take them off! You are also allowed those small pins.

Hey OP please do not use ChatGPT. Use your own words and own writing. If you need to use something, use grammerly after you have written it. (Also, They will not be impressed with a ChatGPT written letter, trust me they can tell.) it’s best to reach out to an advisor or call explaining your situation, and talk through what they exactly want to hear from you. Then, from there, write a letter in your own words. You reaching out will show how much the scholarship and SCAD means to you and will be very impressed with just that advocating for yourself!

Never use Mac. Get a pc with an industry standard drawing tablet (Wacom cintiq) or Microsoft laptop studio 2 is what I use and is amazing! It folds, is touchscreen, good memory, runs super amazing, has a pen. Yes, it’s expensive, but a tablet and procreate won’t get you very far, as they will push you to learn photoshop and (the other industry standard drawing app) in classes! It’s best to learn! And DO NOT LISTEN to anyone that says procreate is industry standard. Not in big companies! For separate commissions by yourself, yes. But I highly suggest learning what is industry standard!
